6/30/2010 Available 407 Large Format Operator in Shreveport, LA Full Time Production Ridgway’s, a division of American Reprographics Corporation, is one of the leading reprographic and digital imaging companies in the U.S., and we are growing. Our Shreveport location is looking for a qualified Large Format Operator who can start immediately. This position will operate large format digital duplicating machines in the production of print copies from a variety of sources. They must possess the need to exceed client expectations by fostering a “Whatever it Takes” attitude while producing and delivering the highest quality product. Duties include following work orders exactly, producing the job, and assuring the job is done correctly and accurately using the appropriate binding machine as necessary. Qualified candidates must: • Be able to operate large format black/white and color copiers (Model TDS800, TDS600 and TCS400) • Be able to operate bindery equipment. • Have a thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in the duplicating processes. • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. • Understand how to PDF files that arrive via FTP, e-mail, delivery, walk in, or other method. • Perform minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance. • Attend occasional company-wide meetings and or training. • Maintain a courteous and “can-do” attitude. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Six months to 1 year of experience performing duplicating work in a reprographic environment. • Large Format Operations experience is a huge PLUS. • Attention to detail is required • Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs on a regular basis • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in noisy surroundings. • Must be on time and be able to work overtime as needed. • Must reside in Shreveport or in the surrounding area. 9/30/2010 Available 5 PlanWell Admin Assistant Full Time Production - Upload digital files (mostly pdf’s and tiff’s) into PlanWell using the PlanWell Enterprise Console. - Process PlanWell, PlanWell Instant Digital Download, PlanWell Remote, EWO, and Supplies orders. This may require pre-flight and post-flight phone calls if their are any questions on the order. - Bill PlanWell Instant Digital Downloads using the MV. This will require you to charge to a customer’s credit card using Cybersource if the order is a credit card order. - Bill PlanWell Licensing, PlanWell Bidcaster, and PlanWell Monthly Unlimited Digital Downloads using the MV. - On rare occasions, call customer to ask for their credit card information if a declined credit card was not caught by the verification system or when the system did not take their credit card information. - Run the End of Day Teller Report using the MV and e-mail to accounting. - Work with the Branch Manager and run the Monthly reports for PlanWell division - Help customer with browser (type, version, settings), ftp, and PlanWell user-end support. If issues are not resolved, work with PlanWell technical support to resolve the issue. - Help customer with general PlanWell questions (placing orders, how to get their documents uploaded, and how to open a PlanWell account, etc.). Salespeople and customer service representatives will support you on this. • Coordinates, maintains workflow into Planwell, BidCaster, Sub-Hub and all Digital Services offered. Maintains communication between branches in Houston on Projects in PlanWell High School diploma or equivilent. Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English; the ability to make arithmetic computations at a level appropriate to the duties of the position. Experience equivalent to 0-1 year of experience performing digital work in a reprographic environment. Must attend “new employee” training orientation and then re-attend periodically as directed. Attention to detail. Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. Ability to understand and communicate job related information clearly and concisely. Able to multi-task while maintaining quality and accuracy. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform job related mathematics. Excellent customer service skills.
